Areas We Recruit In
Amanda recruits across its production, technical, design, and operations teams on an ongoing basis. If your background aligns with any of the areas below, we would like to hear from you — even if you do not see a specific vacancy listed.
Goldsmiths, microscope setters, polishers, casters and skilled craftspeople who work with precious metals with patience, precision and care. Experience in fine jewellery construction, casting, assembly, polishing and hand-finishing is especially valued.
CNC operators and technical specialists who bring precision engineering expertise to our production. Experience with five- or seven-axis CNC.
Diamond and stone cutters, graders, and lapidary specialists with experience in diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds or fancy colour stones.
CAD designers with experience in Rhino and Matrix. Ability to translate design briefs into production-ready technical files for fine jewellery.
Quality control specialists, production coordinators, and operations professionals with experience in a manufacturing environment. Rigorous attention to detail and familiarity with ISO or RJC compliance frameworks.
ESG officers, compliance specialists, and sourcing professionals with experience in responsible business standards. Knowledge of RJC, Kimberley Process, or international sustainability reporting frameworks.
