Grievance Mechanism

Amanda Jewellery Co., Ltd. maintains a confidential and impartial grievance mechanism through which employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders may report human rights concerns — including discrimination, harassment, forced labour, child labour, and unsafe working conditions.

We respect the confidentiality of individuals who raise concerns and protect them from retaliation. We commit to responding promptly, investigating thoroughly, and following up with complainants on the outcome of their reports. The effectiveness of this mechanism is reviewed annually.

Review and Continuous Improvement

This Human Rights Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with international standards. All employees, contractors, and business partners are expected to comply with this policy. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships.
